Molescan Clinics

Molescan Doctors have a special interest in skin cancer and work together with our staff to provide the best possible care for patients in a strong, stimulating and professional team environment. Molescan Doctors work independently in the facilities provided by Molescan. Streamlined administration, billing and operation systems have been developed to handle the day to day management of clinics and are a satisfying alternative to the rigors of running a private practice.

Training

Undergoing continuous, comprehensive education through the RACGP accredited training program, Molescan Doctors are skilled and equipped to diagnose and manage skin cancer. Furthermore, doctors are trained in the latest surgical and non-surgical treatment options. This means greater success in early detection, treatment and prevention of skin cancer; guaranteeing patients receive optimum care.

In addition to continuing medical education through the accrual of CME points, Molescan doctors receive special recognition by way of prior learning credit when undertaking the distinctive University of Queensland Masters Degree.

State-of-the-art Computerised Dermoscopy

Molescan Doctors are trained and supplied with
the latest computerised dermatoscopes and supporting software, enabling them to digitally capture moles and skin lesions. Computerised Dermoscopy is now a recognised international standard of care for skin cancer detection and prevention, and the results achieved are much more superior to traditional hand held dermoscopy.

Gold Values

Molescan Doctors are continually recognised for their efforts and are awarded for clinical excellence. Molescan maintains strong relationships with its doctors and provides incentives and benefits ensuring a mutually satisfying and dedicated working association.

Molescan hosts 2-monthly Doctors’ Dinners providing clinical training and expertise with a variety of interesting speakers. It also allows doctors the chance to interact with their colleagues in a social environment.

Lifestyle

Molescan Doctors enjoy benefits few other medical professionals do. Doctors enjoy a low-stress, balanced lifestyle; working Monday through to Friday, with no after hours or call out work, doctors are offered a greater opportunity to structure their work time to blend with their professional, social or business commitments.

Molescan Doctors are offered the opportunity to travel and undertake interstate locums at Molescan clinics.

Remuneration Structure

Molescan Doctors work independently in the facilities provided by Molescan. Molescan’s remuneration structure is industry leading, flexible and well above what you would expect even within a busy General Practice.
